Children's Museum

The other day Daddy took me to the Children's Museum. Our first stop was to look at this masterpiece called the "Mona Ozzy"
After looking at paintings it was time to put on my lumber jacket and cook some eggs on the fire.

Daddy sometimes calls me a turtle because I move really slow when he wants me to do something.

It took a good little battle but I was finally able to tame this wild ant.

After all this fun it was time to get in my bus and drive on home.

Winter Stroll

During the past week, we havn't been able to go outside much because it's been kind of cold. Today was a little warmer so we went for a winter stroll.
Daddy said he wanted an action shot so he said action and this is the picture he took.

In the summer when we walk this trail, I always stop to throw rocks in the water but it's frozen right now so

instead I grabbed a big snow block and threw it from the bridge onto the snow and ice below.

Riding my bike

Since there is so much snow on the ground outside, I've started riding my bike in the house. Here I am making sure that my bell works.
I do laps around the kitchen table. I go pretty fast. Sometimes Mommy and Daddy tell me to slow down.

Daddy saw how much fun I was having so I asked him if he wanted a turn.

Umm..Daddy you're supposed to drive around the table and not into the wall.

I finally got my bike back because Daddy felt silly for driving into the wall. It probably didn't help that me and Mommy laughed at him.

Hanging with Grandpa

During Ukrainian Christmas I was able to spend lots of time with my Grandpa. Here we are outside playing by the sliding hill. We're in the beginning stages of making a tunnel.

Or is he just piling snow on me??

Once I dug myself out of the snow, we went to go visit some of Grandpa's cattle.

After visiting with the cows it was time for one more slide.

At this point I'd had enough fresh country air and was ready to go in and eat some perogies.

Ukrainian Christmas

This is my Baba Baba (greatgrandma) opening up her present from me on Jan. 6th, which is Ukrainian Christmas Eve. I wonder what's in the box??

Are those yummy donuts?? No, it's a whole box of yarn. Baba Baba loves to knit so this gift should keep her busy for awhile.

Baba Baba says that each bundle of yarn can make two wash clothes.

Christmas morning while I was eating some breakfast I heard a knock on the door. I wonder who it is??

It was a group of Caroler's that sang us some songs in Ukrainian. The lady in pink is my Baba's sister..Auntie Gertie.

Sliding at the Farm

After visiting family in Winnipeg we went to Baba and Grandpa's farm. Grandpa made a big sliding hill for me to play on. I really want to slide but I need a push.
Thanks for the push Grandpa!!

Air Hockey

Last week when I was in Winnipeg, me, Daddy and Mommy went to visit some family. Here I am playing air-hockey with my cousin Owen. He's 3 years older then me...but I did good and won the game 9 -7

He Shoots!!

Big save and the game is still tied.

This shot looks like it's going in.
